The manufacturing of Alfa Astucci products follows rigorous protocols that are verified during every phase by precise and highly sophisticated instruments. Everything is entrusted to the experienced craftsmanship that has always distinguished the company.

In the SHOWROOM, the clients can examine the vast array of company samples. Then with the help of Alfa Astucci designers, who can advise them and best satisfy their needs, they can decide on the style and the materials for the articles they want.

The first manufacturing phase (drawing and cutting) takes place in the carpentry department. Thanks to the aid of special machines we can perform particular micro-carpentry operations that are specific for the jewel cases and display systems.

Sophisticated workmanship of personalized details is performed on numerically controlled milling machines.

During this phase, directly controlled by a computerized CAD/CAM system, the materials are processed.

In the varnishing shop the materials are finished off according to the client's specifications: from glossy and mat finishing, to traditional varnishing, to "special effects"…


The serigraphic printing shop is where the lettering, client's name and logo are printed on the supports and the objects.

This process is closely connected with the computerized graphics shop and the dark room, where the technicians can quickly process any kind of image.

In the assembly shop the products finally take shape. Their quality is characterized by the attention paid to the finishing details, entrusted to the particular skill of the Alfa Astucci personnel.
